You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. We can ship products anywhere in the United States using the shipping method of your choice. When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipment destination. Items ordered by 2pm central standard time, usually ship the same day. Customer must provide a "ship to" address recognized by FedEx or Motor Carriers.
All items shipped motor freight or otherwise require inspection at time of delivery. No damage / shortage claim can be filed without the delivery being signed for as damaged or short. Please notify all who receive (or could receive) packages at your facility to inspect your shipments. If there is damage please call 1-800-785-8599 immediatley to start the claim and/or replacement process. No refunds or returns on damaged items. Claims with freight carriers can and usually do take upto 120 days.
Some suppliers can chage a restocking fee of upto 20% for equipment or mats. Grips do not apply in this restocking fee, but customer is responsible for return shipping and shipping for a different size. Grips that have been worn or chalked cannot be returned. Must be in original packaging and in sellable condition. Customer is responsible for the return shipping when sending items back for any credit amount. Customer is responsible for shipping (both ways) if order is cancelled after product has been shipped.
