Made of two hardwoods, poplar and oak, the Stall Bar stands 8 feet high with 11, 1 1/2" rungs and a chinning bar that extends out at the top. Width is 34 inches. There are numerous flexibility and strength building exercises one may do on these units. Great for individual and group training.
